We have also included information about the Flex SDK licensing since it is distributed with the Turnkey download. All files contained in the Adobe Flex SDK download are subject to and governed by the Adobe Flex SDK License Agreement specified here: Adobe Flex SDK License Agreement, EXCEPT those files specifically identified below as "Mozilla Public License Files".

By downloading, modifying, distributing, using and/or accessing any files in this Adobe Flex SDK, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable end user license agreement.

Information for Contributors

We encourage contributions to BlazeDS. Contributions given via the BlazeDS bug system will require the acceptance of a Contributor Agreement that grants rights to Adobe on behalf of the BlazeDS project. This agreement ensures that:

  1. you have the rights to contribute the code
  2. copyright is granted to Adobe for inclusion in open source and commercial distribution of LiveCycle Data Services
  3. any patent issues are resolved.

Occasionally contributors will be nominated to full committer status which means full rights to commit into the source control system. An additional agreement will be required that simply includes a little more information and assurances that you're not evil.
